-THE MANIFEST-

Create moments where being human feels lighter, not heavier.

FIRST OF ALL
Do not overload each other - connect beyond the struggle.

This community is a place for support, but no one here should become responsible for carrying someone else’s emotional weight. Emotional Ultras is not only about diagnoses, symptoms, or pain. It is about meeting like-minded people who struggle too, who often do not feel understood in their own circles, and who want to build connection beyond the hard parts. Laugh together. Go out. Party. Walk or Run. Play padel. Do pilates or yoga.

This is a community for people who feel deeply.

Emotional Ultras is a community for the too sensitive, the too much, the too intense, the highly sensitive, the neurodivergent, and everyone navigating mental health, burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, or simply the weight of being human. You belong here before you explain yourself.

Be honest, but handle with care.

You can say how you really feel here. No performing, no masking, no pretending everything is fine. But honesty should never become cruelty. Speak with care, especially when someone is being vulnerable.

No toxic positivity.

We do not force people into “good vibes only.” Pain does not need to be made pretty, productive, or inspirational. You are allowed to feel what you feel without being rushed into gratitude, healing, or a lesson.

No fixing without consent.

This is a space for real exchange, not unsolicited advice. Sometimes people want support. Sometimes they want advice. Sometimes they simply want to be heard. Before giving solutions, ask: “Do you want advice or just space?”

No judgment.

No one here has to be calm, easy, convenient, healed, or perfectly articulate. We do not shame people for feeling too much, needing time, setting boundaries, being overwhelmed, or not fitting in.

Respect emotional privacy.

What someone shares here belongs to them. Do not screenshot, repost, quote, or discuss someone’s personal story outside the community without permission.

No diagnoses.

This is not a place to diagnose yourself or others. We do not label people, analyze symptoms as medical facts, or tell anyone what they “have.” You can share personal experiences with anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, PTSD, high sensitivity, or other mental health topics, but diagnoses belong with qualified professionals.

This is support, not treatment.

Emotional Ultras can offer connection, language, solidarity, and a safe space - but it cannot replace therapy, medical help, crisis support, or professional treatment. If someone is in immediate danger, encourage real-life help, emergency services, or a trusted person nearby.

No trauma competition.

Pain is not a contest. Nobody has to prove that their situation is “bad enough” to deserve support. You are not alone, and your experience matters without comparison.

No political debates.

This community is focused on emotional honesty, mental health, support, soft rebellion, and connection. Political discussions, arguments, campaigning, or ideological debates do not take place here.

No selling, recruiting, or exploiting vulnerable people.

Coaches, therapists, facilitators, healers, mentors, or service providers are welcome as people - but this is not a marketplace. Do not actively offer paid services, push packages, cold-message members, or use emotional vulnerability to sell. If you are a coach or professional and would like to be featured by Emotional Ultras, you are welcome to reach out to us directly.

Speak from your own experience.

Use “I” language. Share what helped you, what you felt, what you learned, without claiming that your way is the only way. Real exchange means making space, not taking over.

No hate, discrimination, or harassment.

Racism, sexism, queerphobia, ableism, body shaming, classism, religious hate, or attacks on identity have no place here. A safe space only exists when people are protected from harm.

Boundaries are respected.

No one owes replies, explanations, emotional labor, or constant availability. Silence does not mean rejection. You do not have to explain yourself to belong here.

Dark humor is welcome - harm is not.

We can laugh at the absurdity of being human. But jokes should not target, belittle, or encourage self-destruction.

Statement fashion, real feelings.

Emotional Ultras uses statement fashion as a form of visibility, not performance. What we wear, carry, say, and share can be loud - but the heart of this community stays soft.

Protect the softness.

This is a place for soft rebellion against masking, fitting in, explaining yourself, toxic positivity, and emotional silence. Treat it like something fragile, alive, and worth protecting.

Nonstop feelings, mutual respect.

You do not have to be okay to belong here. You only have to show up with care.
